Both the FDA and The Mayo Clinic
state there's insufficient evidence
to say that
High-Fructose Corn Syrup
is any less healthy than other
types of sweetners.
Seriously????
So, there is evidence? ...............
Just not enough?.......................
And I love that phrase,
"any less healthy".
Which is like saying;
'Well, it's as bad
it's just not worse!'
The advertisements try
to make you think that
High-Fructose Corn Syrup
is not bad for your health
by claiming;
It's all natural.
It's no worse than table sugar.
It's made from corn.
It has the same calories
as table sugar.
Tra-la-la-la-la.
Bunk! Bunk! And More Bunk!
And here's the really scary thing.
If you start reading labels
at the grocery store,
you will see that
HFCS is in EVERYTHING!
This is the first time in history
that a generation
(I am very very old, so
I mean the younger generation)
will have a shorter life-span than
previous generations.
Don't believe it? Just look
around. Not only is obesity an
epidemic, but degenerative
diseases are skyrocketing
like diabetes, heart disease and
cancer.
I am not going to bore you with
all the data that is out there.
But it is easy to find,
if you want to know the truth.
But here's my suggestion.
Start reading labels and
stay away from ANYTHING that
has High-Fructose Corn Syrup.
In 2007 there was a
documentary film produced
called 'King Korn'
This was when I first became
aware of the whole corn
conspiracy.
It is available on Netflix.
The full length film used to be
available on Youtube, but now
there is a fee for watching.
